Alpha is engineered for thermal and mechanical dominance. Specializing in high-performance semi-crystalline polymers, this cell processes Nylon PA6-CF and PPS-CF (Carbon Fiber Reinforced) materials.
By maintaining an ultra-precise layer height and a high-temperature controlled environment, Alpha produces components that serve as legitimate alternatives to heavy metal alloys. These parts are designed for environments exceeding 200°C, offering a “Vajra-grade” resilience that resists chemical corrosion and extreme mechanical stress.

Gamma operates in the realm of the invisible. Utilizing a world-class 14K resolution light engine, this cell materializes detail at a 25-micron layer height—achieving a surface finish that rivals injection molding.
From high-precision mechanical art to intricate jewelry masters, Gamma is dedicated to aesthetics and precision that require a microscopic lens to fully appreciate. It utilizes liquid-light polymerization to forge “impossible” geometries that traditional machining simply cannot touch.

Delta is the bridge between the physical world and the digital realm. Utilizing an industrial-grade hybrid light source, this cell captures high-metrology data with an accuracy of ±0.02mm.
Delta’s capabilities are vast: from the high-fidelity scanning of human biological features for bespoke ergonomics to the reverse engineering of obsolete industrial components. Once scanned, every object enters the Astra-ID ecosystem, becoming a serialized “Digital Twin” that can be optimized, material-swapped, and reproduced with absolute fidelity.
